Summary

An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Airline Service Building Lease Agreement AL-463 with a term ending June 30, 2011 (the “Agreement”) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”) between the City and United Airlines, Inc. (the “Lessee”), granting to the Lessee, subject to the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Agreement, certain rights and privileges in connection with the occupancy and use of the Premises, which is defined and more fully described in Article II of the Agreement that was approved by the City’s Airport Commission and the City’s Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT "1" and is incorporated herein; containing a severability clause; and an emergency clause.
