BOARD BILL NO. 134 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, authorizing a supplemental appropriation; amending Ordinance 67090, commonly referred to as the City of St. Louis Annual Operating Plan for Fiscal Year 2006 2007; appropriating and setting apart the sum of One Million, Seven Hundred Eighty Thousand Five Hundred Thirteen Dollars ($1,780,513) in proceeds from the Convention and Sports Facility Project and Refunding Bonds, Series C 2007 to Fund 1211 Center 1320001 for costs and expenses of the City for repair, improvement and renovation of Cervantes Convention Center, One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Six Dollars ($128,876) from interest and sinking fund revenue to Fund 1311 Center 1602006 for the payment of interest expenses on the City’s 2006 general obligation bond issue and Two Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety One Dollars ($286,991) from receipts accruing to the Problem Properties and Nuisance Crime Prosecution Account Center 1390003 and the Enhanced Criminal Prosecution Account Center 3120008 of the Public Safety Trust Fund 1120 for the purpose of funding enhanced problem properties and nuisance crime prosecution efforts of the City Counselor’s Office and criminal prosecution efforts of the Circuit Attorney’s Office respectively as specified in Ordinance 67193 and detailed in Exhibit A; and containing an emergency clause.
