BOARD BILL NO. 325 INRODUCED BY: ALDERMAN GREGORY CARTER An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Department of Health, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to accept a Grant Award from the Health Resources and Services Administration of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services to fund a Minority AIDS Initiative Program, appropriating said funds in the amount of $378,174.00 and authorizing the Department of Health on behalf of the City, upon approval of the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, to expend the funds as permitted by the Grant Award, to enter into contracts or otherwise for grant purposes and containing an emergency clause.
