BOARD BILL # 394 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN LYDA KREWSON AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 67063 ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF ALDERMEN ON MARCH 10, 2006; AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO REDEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE CITY AND LOOP CENTER, LLC; PRESCRIBING THE FORM AND DETAILS OF SAID AMENDMENT; MAKING CERTAIN FINDINGS WITH RESPECT THERETO; AUTHORIZING OTHER RELATED ACTIONS; AND CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
