BOARD BILL NO. 289 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN FREEMAN BOSLEY, SR. An ordinance authorizing and directing the Director of Streets to close, barricade or otherwise impede the flow of traffic on Obear Street by blocking said traffic flow at the north line of Emily at Obear and containing an emergency clause.
