BOARD BILL #504 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller for the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City a First Amendment (the “First Amendment”) to its Airport Use and Lease Agreement with a term ending June 30, 2011 (the "Use Agreement") authorized by Ordinance 66926 approved December 14, 2005 for the use of Lambert- St. Louis International Airport®; said First Amendment to be between the City and any airline operator listed in ATTACHMENT A attached to this Ordinance executing the First Amendment by which the Use Agreement is modified to provide for a Base Landed Weight of 9,323,323 pound units of Landed Weight for determining landing fee rate mitigation in the Use Agreement and which was approved by the City’s Airport Commission and the City’s Board of Estimate and Apportionment, and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT B to this Ordinance and made a part hereof; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
