BOARD BILL NO. 68 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMEN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance, recommended and approved by the Airport Commission, the Board of Public Service, and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a First Amendment to Section One of the Taxiway D Project Ordinance 67249 approved October 3, 2006, which authorized a multi-year public work and improvement program (“Taxiway D Project”) at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (“Airport”), increasing the total estimated cost of the Taxiway D Project by Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) to Eight Million Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($8,200,000); authorizing a Second Supplemental Appropriation in the amount of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000) from the Series A Commercial Paper Construction Account of the Commercial Paper Construction Fund established and authorized pursuant to Ordinance 66232 approved March 30, 2004, into the Taxiway D Project Ordinance 67249, for the payment of costs for work and services authorized therein, and containing an emergency clause.
