BOARD BILL NO. 238 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN FRED HEITERT An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on October 1, 2008, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from the “A” Single-Family Dwelling District and the “F” Neighborhood Commercial District to the “G” Local Commercial and Office District, in City Block 5245 (4852, 4858, 4860 & 4862 Austria Street, 4857, 4861 & 4865 Germania Street and 7320 Gravois Avenue), so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 5245; and containing an emergency clause.
