BOARD BILL #274 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller for the City of St. Louis (the "City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City a “Third Amendment” to the Airport Lease Agreement dated January 1, 1985, as authorized by Ordinance 59733 approved February 26, 1986, as amended by the “First Amendment” dated April 7, 1992, authorized by Ordinance 62604 approved March 31, 1992, and as amended and completely restated in the Restated and Second Amendment dated December 17, 2001, authorized by 65245 approved July 18, 2001 (the “Restated and Amended Lease Agreement AL-154”); this “Third Amendment” to the Restated And Amended Lease Agreement AL-154”, which was approved by the City’s Airport Commission and the City’s Board of Estimate and Apportionment and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof, adds certain real property known as Tract II-D to the Premises as more fully described in Section One of this Ordinance; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
