BOARD BILL NO. 277 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN PHYLLIS YOUNG An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the “City”) to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® Public Communications Services Concession Agreement AL-434 (the “Agreement"), between the City and Power Station LLC, a Nevada corporation (the "Concessionaire"), granting to the Concessionaire the non-exclusive right, license, obligation, and privilege to design, construct, operate, manage, and maintain a Public Communication Services concession within the premises as described in the Agreement, subject to and in accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Agreement, which was approved by the Airport Commission and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof; providing that the provisions set forth in this Ordinance shall be applicable exclusively to the Agreement; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
