Board Bill No. 246 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN LYDA KREWSON An ordinance submitting to the qualified voters residing in the Cathedral Square Special Business District as designated in Ordinance No. 63777, approved on June 4, 1996, a proposal to continue the levy of a tax on the real property located in said district for ten years; submitting said proposal to the voters of said district at the General Election on March 3, 2009; and containing an emergency clause.
