BOARD BILL NO. 68 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN MATT VILLA An Ordinance recommended by the Board of Public Service, authorizing and directing the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (City) to enter into an agreement with Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MoDOT), to expedite relocation work on Water Division Facilities. This agreement, known as the “Missouri Highways and Transportation Master Reimbursable Utility Agreement“, and containing an emergency clause.
