Summary
BOARD BILL #138 ALDERWOMAN KACIE STARR TRIPLETT An ordinance approving an amendment to The Foundry TIF Redevelopment Plan pursuant to the Real Property Tax Increment Allocation Redevelopment Act; amending the designation of a redevelopment project with respect thereto; affirming the adoption tax increment financing within the redevelopment area; authorizing the execution of an amendment to a redevelopment agreement; authorizing certain actions by City officials; and containing a severability clause.
