BOARD BILL # 185 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance, recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, ratifying and adopting the actions of the Mayor and the Comptroller of the City of St. Louis (the “City”), the owner and operator of Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”), in accepting and executing on behalf of the City “Amendment Number 1” dated August 13, 2010 to that certain “Grant Agreement” offered by the United States of America, acting through the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States Department of Transportation, the Grant Agreement being for Project Number 3-29-0085-122-2009, dated August 19, 2009, for a maximum federal obligation of One Million One Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($1,125,000), which is filed in the Office of the City Register (Comptroller Document No. 59775) and was adopted and ratified by the City under Ordinance No. 68474 approved November 6, 2009, for the reimbursement of all direct costs associated with the Environmental Management System (the “Project”); the Amendment Number 1 to the Grant Agreement, which is filed in the Office of the City Register and is made a part hereof (Comptroller Document No. 59775), corrects the percentage reimbursed by the FAA under the Grant Agreement for allowable costs incurred by the City in accomplishing the Project from ninety-five percent (95%) to seventy-five percent (75%); and contains an emergency clause.
