Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 50 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance, recommended and approved by the Airport Commission and the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing a supplemental appropriation and set apart in the total amount of Two Million Three Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Dollars ($2,323,000) from the Airport Development Fund established under Ordinance 59286 approved October 26, 1984, to the ?Annual Budget? established under authority of Ordinance No. 68643 approved June 25, 2010 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2010 and ending June 30, 2011, for current expenses of the government as detailed in EXHIBIT "1" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein; and containing an emergency clause.
