BOARD BILL # 178 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN YOUNG, ALDERMAN WESSELS An ordinance, recommended by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment, pertaining to the real property located at 501 North Broadway (the ?Development Area?); establishing an earnings and payroll tax reimbursement account in support of the development described herein; making findings with respect to such development, approving a Development Agreement for such development and authorizing execution thereof; and authorizing certain actions by City officials.
