BOARD BILL NO. 164 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN FREEMAN BOSLEY, SR. An Ordinance recommended by the Planning Commission on September 5, 2012, to change the zoning of property as indicated on the District Map, from “B” Two-Family Dwelling District (4307-09, 4311, 4315, 4317, 4321, 4325 & 4327 John Avenue ) and “F” Neighborhood Commercial District (3727 Carter Avenue) to the “D” Multiple-Family Dwelling District, in City Block 2482, so as to include the described parcels of land in City Block 2482; and containing an emergency clause.
