BOARD BILL NO. 196 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN TERRY KENNEDY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis, Missouri (the “City”) to enter into and execute on behalf of the City a Service Agreement for Solid Waste Disposal & Recycling Services at Lambert–St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”) with a five (5) year term commencing on March 1, 2013 and ending on February 28, 2018 (the “Agreement”), between the City and Allied Services, LLC, a limited liability corporation of the State of Delaware, doing business as Republic Services (the “Contractor”), providing for the disposal and recycling of solid waste for the Airport subject to and in accordance with provisions of the Agreement, which was awarded to the Contractor and approved by the City’s Airport Commission, and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof; containing a severability clause; and containing an emergency clause.
