BOARD BILL NO. 294 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN TAMMIKA HUBBARD 1 An ordinance authorizing the Board of Public Service, on behalf of the City of St. Louis 2 (hereinafter, “City”), to enter into a Cost Apportionment Agreement with the Missouri 3 Highways and Transportation Commission (hereinafter, “Commission”) for the City to 4 contribute funding to the Commission for the installation of aesthetic lighting on the New 5 Mississippi River Bridge (hereinafter, “Project”); appropriating the City’s contribution of 6 Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) towards the cost of the Project; and authorizing the 7 Comptroller of the City to draw warrants from time to time and disburse funds for the 8 Project; and containing an emergency clause.
