BOARD BILL NO. 206 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN STEPHEN CONWAY An Ordinance recommended and approved by the Board of Estimate and Apportionment authorizing and directing the Director of Airports and the Comptroller of The City of St. Louis (the “City") to enter into and execute on behalf of the City the Lambert-St. Louis International Airport® (the “Airport”) Lease Agreement AL-161 (the “Lease Agreement”), between the City, the owner and operator of the Airport and Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren-Missouri (the “Lessee”), a Missouri public utility company, granting to the Lessee certain rights and privileges in connection with the occupancy and use of the Leased Premises, as more fully described in Section 201 of the Lease Agreement, for a period of ten (10) years, subject to and in accordance with the terms, covenants, and conditions of the Lease Agreement, which was approved by the Airport Commission and is attached hereto as ATTACHMENT “1” and made a part hereof; containing a severability clause and an emergency clause.
