Summary
BOARD BILL NO. 214 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN SCOTT OGILVIE An ordinance repealing Ordinances 68943 and enacting a new ordinance confirming the prohibition of the issuance of any package liquor licenses for any premises within the boundaries of the Twenty-Fourth Ward Liquor Control District, as established herein, for a period of three years from the effective date hereof; containing an exception allowing, during the moratorium period, for the transfer of existing licenses, under certain circumstances; and containing an emergency clause.
