BOARD BILL NO. 220 INTRODUCED BY ALDERWOMAN MEGAN GREEN An ordinance confirming the prohibition of the issuance of any package liquor licenses for any premises within the boundaries of the Fifteenth Ward Liquor Control District, as established herein, for a period of three years from the effective date hereof; containing an exception allowing, during the moratorium period, for the transfer of existing licenses, under certain circumstances; and containing an emergency clause.
