BOARD BILL NO. 204 INTRODUCED BY ALDERMAN KENNETH ORTMANN An Ordinance establishing a four-way stop site at the intersection of Indiana Avenue and Pestalozzi Street by regulating all northbound and southbound traffic traveling on Indiana Avenue at Pestalozzi Street and regulating all eastbound and westbound traffic traveling on Pestalozzi Street at Indiana Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.
