Summary

An Ordinance establishing a temporary, three-way stop site, which shall be and remain in place for a period of six (6) months starting from the date on which said stop site is installed at the intersection of Blackstone Avenue and Wells Avenue regulating all traffic traveling eastbound and westbound on Wells Avenue at Blackstone Avenue and regulating all traffic traveling southbound on Blackstone Avenue at Wells Avenue, and containing an emergency clause.
