Summary

This Board Bill amends Ordinance No. 68573 which authorized a lease agreement with the City of St. Louis and Terminal Railroad Association, an Illinois corporation, approving a First Amendment to Lease Agreement for certain lands at or near Madison Street to the north and Mound Street to the south for five (5) years with two (2) five (5) year options. The lease sets the rent at $53,895.00 annually and increases the same from originally $27,604.76 and currently $32,862.81.
