This Board Bill amends Ordinance No. 68574 which authorized a Lease Agreement with the City of St. Louis and Lewis & Clark Marine Inc., as Assignor to SCF Lewis & Clark Terminals LLC, a Delaware corporation, approving a First Amendment to Lease Agreement for certain lands at or near Tyler Street for five (5) years with two (2) five (5) year options. The lease sets the base rent at $36,677.06 annually with adjustments as set forth in Exhibit A to the original Lease Agreement.
