Agreement with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service
Summary
Adopted and approved pursuant to § 70.220.1 RSMo, the Board Bill authorizes the Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Police Commissioner, on behalf of the City of St. Louis, to make and enter into an agreement with the United States Department of the Interior, National Park Service, for both agencies to provide cooperative law enforcement assistance within the city limits of the City of St. Louis, including at the Gateway National Park; and containing an Emergency Clause.
