This Board Bill eliminates the 4494 Lindell Special Allocation Funds for the TIF due to the Developer failing to enter into the Redevelopment Agreement timely without an extension. The Special Allocation Funds will pass through any PILOTs and EATs captured to the statutory Taxing Jurisdictions.
