Conditionally Vacate a Public Unimproved Street
The overall purpose for this bill is to conditionally vacate the following public unimproved street. Second St. from Tyler south 256.045 ± 4.105 feet to terminus. The Petitioner is North Broadway Investors LLC. The vacated area will be used to improve safety and security to abutting properties.
