NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen that the Clerk of the Board of Aldermen be authorized and directed to prepare the index to the Journal of the Board for the 2023 - 2024 Legislative Session of the Board of Aldermen and that the Journal be prepared in both a bound and printed format in numbers to be determined by the Clerk but in no event to exceed fifteen (15) copies total, and in an electronic format; and....
