NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to reflect on, enshrine, and uplift the countless works that Charles Flemings contributed to our City, the region as well as the barriers he broke for Black Americans in his field.
