NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize Ms. Ratcliffe's exemplary service to the St. Louis region and wish her heartfelt appreciation and congratulations on her well-deserved retirement.
