NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the rich life of Chas Major Harris and by adoption of this Resolution send our condolences to his family and further join in with those celebrating his life.
