NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis that we paused in our deliberations to acknowledge, congratulate and commend all of the honorees of the Recorder of Deeds' Black History Program 2023 and by adoption of this resolution join in the celebration honoring their many achievements.
