NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by this Honorable Board of Alderman of the City of St. Louis that we pause in our deliberations to recognize the continued work of the Puerto Rican Society and the Colombian Society to strengthen and unify the Latino community and benefit needy families in St. Louis.
