NOW THEREFORE LET IT BE RESOLVED that we honor and pay tribute to "The ChanMan", a remarkable young man whose presence enriched our lives. May his memory continue to inspire us to embrace diversity, foster genuine connections, express our individuality, and savor the simple joys of life.
