NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that this Honorable Board of Aldermen of the City of St. Louis pauses in its deliberations to send its congratulations and salutations to Bishop Elijah Hankerson, III, General Board member - Church Of God In Christ, Inc., Senior Pastor and Founder - Life Center International on receiving the prestigious President's Lifetime Achievement Award for his contributions as a global Spiritual Advisor and Leader from Harvest Christian University.
