Ms. Brown implements and monitors community development housing programs for compliance with existing standards, regulations, and laws. Monitors grant programs, income compliance, and portfolio repayment schedules; prepares repayment letters, performs audit reviews and conducts research to develop alternative funding sources for the Affordable Housing Commission.
