All questions related to the proposal forms, supporting documentation and funding process must be submitted no later than August 1, 2014 by e-mail to CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov. CDA will provide answers in writing and post Frequently Asked Questions and Answers to the CDA website (www.stlouis-mo.gov/cda). No questions will be taken or answered by telephone or by direct contact with a CDA staff person.
