Per the 2027 CDBG RFP document (coming soon), all questions related to the proposal forms, supporting documentation, and funding process must be submitted by email to CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov
CDA will provide answers in writing and post Frequently Asked Questions and Answers on this 2027 CDBG webpage.
Questions pertaining to SALESFORCE only may be submitted up to 12:00pm on September 1, 2025 . SALESFORCE questions must be submitted via email to CDAGRANTS@stlouis-mo.gov.
To ensure fairness and a competitive application process, no questions will be taken or answered by telephone or by direct contact with a CDA staff person
