The City of St. Louis will be accepting
proposals for 2017 CDBG funding beginning July
5, 2016 and ending at 4:00 p.m. CST on August 5, 2016.Beginning July 5, 2016, the
RFP and related documents can be found on the Community Development
Administration (CDA) website at www.stlouis-mo.gov/cda.
Grants Management System Training
In 2015, CDA implemented a new grants management system called
EGrAMS in order to streamline grants processes and to allow organizations to
apply for funding online.CDA will hold training sessions for organizations interested
in applying online via EGrAMS.Applicants
may choose to attend either session on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. or Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. Sessions
will be held at the CDA office, 1520 Market Street, Suite 2000, St.
Louis, MO 63103.

RFP Workshop
CDA will host a workshop
to answer questions on the RFP on Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at 1:00 p.m.The
workshop will be held at the CDA office, 1520 Market Street,
Suite 2000, St. Louis, MO63103. Questions concerning

at CDBG@stlouis-mo.gov .
