2017 Substantial Amendment

In accordance with Title 24 Section 91.505 of the Code of Federal Regulations, the City of St. Louis has substantially amended its 2015 - 2019 Consolidated Plan to reprogram Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding allocated and unspent in previous funding years in the amount of $1,480,046.77.
