Summary
The Draft FY2027 Annual Action Plan outlines how the City of St. Louis proposes to invest its annual federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME funds during Fiscal Year 2027. The plan includes proposed funding awards for affordable housing, home repair, public services, homelessness, economic development, vacancy reduction, public improvements and other community development activities.

The draft plan is available for public review and comment from October 8 through November 12, 2026. The proposed funding recommendations were introduced to the Board of Aldermen as Board Bill 86 on October 2, 2026, and remain subject to public comment and approval.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT AND PUBLIC HEARING

Residents, organizations and other interested parties are encouraged to review the proposed funding recommendations and provide feedback.
