Community Development Administration Mission:

CDA serves as a clearinghouse for federal housing and development funds for the City of St. Louis. CDA deploys funds to drive economic justice and neighborhood transformation by supporting a wide range  of public and private entities providing social services,  building affordable housing, activating vacant properties, and empowering communities.
