Summary
The City of St. Louis is developing its 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan.  This plan is how the City of St. Louis applies for, receives and distributes funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for four programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) and the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG).

Attend one of the four public meetings and help the City set its priorities around affordable housing, public improvements, economic development, and other essential services.
