On March 14, 2025, the Community Development Administration (CDA) issued a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for HOME-ARP Supportive Services. The purpose of this notice is to issue a technical correction for clarification to section III. Eligible Applicants (A.).

In section III. Eligible Applicants (A.), CDA stated that eligible applicants include “Private builders, developers, nonprofits, Community Housing Development Organizations (CHDO), and supportive service providers…”. The technical correction clarifies that supportive service providers must be nonprofit organizations.
