Summary
This NOFA announces the availability of funding from the City of St. Louis Community Development Administration (CDA) to facilitate the repair, maintenance and updates of vacant rental units. This NOFA only applies to rental properties located within the City of St. Louis.

The City of St. Louis received an allocation of State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds (SLFRF). CDA is administering a portion of these for the City in an effort to expand the supply of quality affordable rental housing and to stabilize City neighborhoods through the remediation of blighted areas.

SLFRF Funds may be utilized to assist with the cost of repairs and updates of vacant rental units for the preservation of affordable rental housing in the City of St. Louis.

Note Technical Correction:

In section II. Available Funding, CDA stated the intent to award up to $2,500,000 in State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds. The technical correction will allow CDA to award more than $2,500,000 in State and Local Fiscal Relief Funds dependent upon the level of response to the Vacant Unit Turns NOFA and availability of ARPA funds.

Section V.E.2. Required Application Contents states the requirement of a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) or Appraisal. The technical correction will waive this requirement for the Vacant Unit Turns NOFA.
