Neighborhood Transformation Grants Now Open for 2025 Proposals
The City of St. Louis - Community Development Administration (CDA) is now accepting proposals for its 2025 Neighborhood Transformation Grants. These competitive grants are designed to support impactful projects in Qualified Census Tracts (QCTs) and Economic Justice Index (EJI) priority areas across the city.
Eligible applicants include nonprofit organizations, Community Development Corporations (CDCs), homebuilders, contractors, and neighborhood associations. CDA welcomes a wide range of proposals—from affordable housing development to green space improvements, public art, and other community-led revitalization efforts.
