The City Counselor's Office is a full-service law firm representing the City of St. Louis.



All inquiries regarding the Health Commissioner's Orders pertaining to COVID-19 should be directed to the Department of Health.

Please note that in an effort to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 to both employees and the public, many City Hall Offices, including the City Counselor's Office, have rotating staff schedules and hours to minimize person to person contact and exposure. This may impact mail, deliveries, etc.

If you are an attorney or persons having business with a particular attorney or person in our office, please contact that individual directly via phone or email.

The City Counselor's Office represents the City of St. Louis, its elected and appointed public officials, and its departments, agencies, boards, and commissions. The City Counselor's Office includes 40 attorneys and 20 support staff members.
