By the authority vested in me by Article XII, Section 14-C, of the Charter of the City of St. Louis, and by CSR 20-20.050(c) of the Code of State Regulations, I hereby order as follows:
Section One. Beginning at midnight, Thursday, March 19, 2020, through April 3, 2020, all Restaurants, Restaurant Carry-Out, Restaurant Bars, and Bars may provide food and beverage service through pickup/curbside/carry-out/take-out service only and shall not provide in-person dining on premises.
Section Two. Restaurants and Restaurant Carry-Out shall be those establishments as defined in Sections 26.08.375 and 26.08.377, respectively of the Revised Code of the City of St. Louis (“Revised Code”). Restaurant Bars shall be those establishments as defined in Section 14.01.390 of the Revised Code. Bars shall be those establishments defined as such by Ordinance No. 68481.
Section Three. This order will be reevaluated no later than April 3, 2020.
